Prices for hire range from£65-£185 for Spring /Summer and £65-£155 for Autumn /Winter

All the hats can be posted out next day delivery to your chosen address excluding June the cost will be added to the hire charge, all details, contract and payment must be completed before the hat is posted. Hat boxes must be returned in the condition in which they are sent out and returns must be made Royal Mail special delivery  insured up to £500.

The hirer must sign the agreement on the time of booking and will be responsible to cover the cost of the hat plus the hire fee should the hat be lost, stolen or damaged.

The agreement states the value to replace the item should it be lost, stolen or damaged including dents loss of decoration or water damage.

The payment should be made to Gemma j millinery ltd should this happen.

The hire is for five days if the hat is not returned within this time period an extra charge may occur

Credit card details will be taken as a form as deposit and will only be taken accordingly with the discussion with the hirer and Gemma j 

Cancellations of the hat hire must be made no later than a week before the event in order to receive a refund.

If the hat leaves the shop this is counted as a hire even if not worn

English weather as we know is very temperamental so extra care should be taken when wearing the hat in the rain an umbrella should always be used in order to protect the hat as they are very fragile and easily damaged.

The hat hire fee covers one day hire for one wearer only the hat must be returned in person and not by third party unless discussed with Gemma j 

Payment for the hat must be made at time of booking

All hat boxes must be returned
